Big Brother 28: Veto Ceremony Plans for Week 1
Week 1 of BB28 is fully underway! The Head of Household for Week 1 of Big Brother 28 has named her nominees, the Power of Veto has been played, and a winner has been crowned. The only thing left now is to see how the results of the Power of Veto Competition change this week’s plan on Big Brother. Read on to find out which of the Big Brother houseguests might be in danger of being evicted on Thursday night’s live show!
As we saw on Sunday night’s episode of Big Brother 28, Dee won the HOH for Week 1 and nominated Taylor, Mallory, and Yash for eviction. Dee’s original plan, based on conversations inside the house, was for Mallory to be the target this week. When it was time for the Veto Players to be picked, Barrett and Melody were chosen to join the HOH and nominees in this week’s Veto Competition. With Dee, Mallory, Taylor, Yash, Barrett, and Melody all fighting for the Power of Veto, it was Mallory who came out victorious.
Mallory didn’t take her nomination well at all this week, so winning this competition lifted a huge weight off her shoulders. But that leaves the question, who will be the replacement nominee when Mallory takes herself off the block?
If you had asked this question a few days ago, the answer would have been Melody, and the target would have shifted to her. However, after talking with Barrett and Drew on Saturday night, it seems like Dee has another renom in mind. While most people are expecting Barrett to go up this week, it is looking like Dee is leaning towards putting Ashley on the block to replace Mallory. However, if Taylor and LaTrice have it their way, Melody will be going up.
With this change in nominees comes a change in target as well. With Mallory no longer an option as a target this week, it seems like Yash might be the primary target for Week 1 of Big Brother 28. However, he will have one more shot to earn safety this week with the BB Blockbuster competition on Thursday night. If he should win the BB Blockbuster, Dee’s target will likely shift to Ashley. Dee believes that Ashley being the target and being evicted this week will cause little trouble for her. Do you agree?
