Big Brother 28’s Women Over 50 Are DOMINATING—Four Straight Weeks, Four Competition Wins!

🔥 ICONIC DOESN’T EVEN BEGIN TO COVER IT! Big Brother 28 may have younger athletic competitors in the house, but lately the women in their 50s have been showing everyone exactly how it’s done. For four consecutive weeks, a woman over 50 has walked away with a competition victory, turning what could have been a funny coincidence into one of BB28’s most entertaining trends.
And the latest reminder came courtesy of Angela Murray, who pulled off a crucial Block Buster victory against Kamu Kirk and Haley Thogmartin, saving herself from eviction and helping send one of the season’s biggest physical threats out the door. (Parade)
The best part?
Kamu himself had to acknowledge just how dangerous these women were.
After his eviction, he was asked about losing competitions to two women in their 50s—Angela and LaTrice “LaLa” Verrett—and he wasn’t making excuses. Kamu essentially pointed out that these aren’t just ordinary competitors: he called Angela an “icon” and praised 58-year-old LaLa as an absolute machine. (TV Insider)
And LaLa certainly earned that reputation.
During Week 5, she conquered the legendary Wall competition, outlasting the field and beating Kamu to become Head of Household. The victory was especially satisfying because LaLa had apparently been talking throughout the season about wanting an endurance competition where she could prove herself.
When she finally got one?
She delivered. 💪🔥 (DraftKings Network)
That’s what makes this four-week run so much fun.
People enter Big Brother every season talking about physical threats.
The young athletic guy.
The gym rat.
The person everyone thinks will dominate endurance.
Then BB28’s women in their 50s basically said:
“That’s cute. Move.” 😂
Angela’s Block Buster win was especially brutal for Kamu because he was an MMA fighter who had established himself as a serious competition threat. Yet after losing the competition, Kamu was evicted by an overwhelming 8–1 vote. (TV Insider)
So maybe BB28 has accidentally taught future players an important lesson:
Stop looking exclusively at the twenty-something athletes when identifying competition beasts.
Because this season?
👑 The 50+ women are collecting wins.
💪 They’re beating younger competitors.
🔥 They’re changing the game.
And perhaps most importantly, they’re producing some of the season’s best moments.
At this point, whenever another competition begins, forget asking which young physical threat has the advantage.
The real question should be:
Which woman in her 50s is winning this one? 😂
Four weeks. Four wins. Women 50+. Absolutely iconic.
