EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) realizes that it was DiMera Pharmaceuticals dumping arsenic-tainted medication on Smith Island, causing it to leach into the groundwater and end up in the Horton well, which poisoned Holly (Ashley Puzemis).
Apparently, Holly was the only person at the Horton cabin who brushed her teeth while she, Tate (Leo Howard), Ari (Vico Escorcia), and Aaron (Louis Tomeo) were hanging out there. So now EJ needs to cover that up. No matter what it might mean to Brady (Eric Martsolf).
