Emmerdale cliffhanger – did Joe Tate spot Billy try to kiss Dawn?
Emmerdale‘s Billy Fletcher tried to lock lips with his ex Dawn Taylor – but did her fiancé Joe Tate catch them in the act? Dawn has recently come to the realisation that she still has lingering feelings for her ex, and it seems they could be reciprocated as Billy makes a move.
In tonight’s episode, Joe was left pondering whether Dawn still has feelings for Billy, given her turmoil over his new relationship with Gabby Thomas and her attitude towards her.
Later, she found a detention slip in Lucas’ pocket, which forced her to co-parent with Billy to form a united front to speak to their son about the issue.
Coming together on the issue, Billy soon relaxed into old times with Dawn, and shockingly leaned in for a kiss.
Dawn pulled away in shock, just before Joe arrived at home, but the episode ended with her worried over what Joe saw.
Just how much does Joe know about Billy’s attempt to kiss Dawn, and will his error place him in grave danger?
Upcoming episodes will see Joe acting suspiciously, calling an impromptu family lunch that even leaves Graham Foster suspecting that he is up to something.
Elsewhere, Dawn meddled in Billy’s relationship when she found Gabby unconscious and insisted she get herself checked out.
Manpreet Sharma initially thought Gabby was pregnant, but a test came back negative; however, the appointment forced her to admit to Dawn that she is no longer using birth control.
Instead of keeping Gabby’s secret, Dawn went straight to Billy in the hope of causing drama between the pair.
However, it backfired in a major way and saw Dawn accused of wanting Billy back. Will this, alongside possibly witnessing them kiss force Joe to do something drastic?
