Big Brother 28: Drew Spills Jason’s Plans To Devens
The houseguests haven’t even had time to settle into the Big Brother 28 house, but the drama has already begun. That’s not surprising with such larger-than-life personalities like Angela Murray, Rick Devens, and Dee Valladares. And naturally, the new houseguests aren’t completely happy to share the spotlight with these reality TV veterans.
However, for the most part, the new houseguests haven’t been openly plotting and planning against them, except one. Jason has made it known that he’s not Team Vets. He wants Devens out as early as possible. The main source of his feud with Devens seems to be his unwillingness to share the spotlight.
On Sunday, Jason told Melody and Drew his feelings about Devens in the game. He feels like America already loves Devens and Angela because they’re fan favorites. He thinks Devens is America’s Favorite Dad. He also mentioned Devens stealing his jokes and wanting to be the entertainment of the season. He seemed to be slightly worried that Devens could be a contender for America’s Favorite Houseguest.
Jason has also been telling other players that he plans to target Devens. He even shared that he’s being nice to Devens to win him over. Devens is currently a Have-Not, and his daughter’s birthday was coming up.
Jason decided to play nice by making him some slop treats. The gesture made Devens emotional. He and Dee are in a couple of alliances, but their true one is with Angela, Drew, and Barrett.
Drew and Barrett also seem truest to this alliance because they tend to spill game info to them, while keeping their info reserved from others who attempt to align with them. On Monday, Drew began sharing with Dee, Angela, and Devens what Jason told him about going after Devens, especially.
He first told this to Dee, and then he eventually got around to disclosing this info to Angela and Devens. Angela was upset that Jason was playing on Devens’ heartstrings with a whole plan to snake him in the game.
She understood that it was a game but didn’t like bringing in personal stuff. Devens also didn’t like this aspect, and it was just another reminder of how this new cast is playing the game too hard. Sharing this info seemed to solidify with Dee and Devens that they could trust Drew.
Angela still has some doubts, but is trusting him for now. Barrett was also informed of Jason’s plan to backdoor Devens and make a big show of it.
Devens, Dee, Drew, Barrett, and Angela no longer trust Jason. However, he seems to be well-liked by the newbies. If they decide to go after him in the next few weeks, he may still have an opportunity to stay.
LaTrice, Rome, Melody, Lyric, and even Dee, to some degree, seem to still like Jason and want to play the game with him. We’ll have to see if Drew sharing this information or Jason spilling this information to the wrong people comes back to hurt him early in the game.
